Keep Moving are adult movement classes (see description below What to Expect). The classes are Pay What You Can and all of the proceeds go towards my latest project - KEEP MOVING INTERNATIONAL - raising money to provide quality dance instruction internationally to children and youth who may not otherwise be exposed to the benefits of the art form.

Children are the future. Imagine the future as a dance party...
The more dance programming we offer to children and youth, the less trouble they get in, the more they smile, the happier the future is.
What to expect:
To be honest, who knows? Even I'm not sure what each class will turn into. I'm the child of a wanna-be hippie (flowy dress, lack of undergarments, peace and love)... I've been told I wander.
*Please don't misinterpret - extensive class plans are prepared... just not necessarily followed :)
Classes are mainly modern based, however are a combination of VJK's experiences in dance training - modern, hip hop, and (most recently) house dancing! To try to describe each of these dance forms would be difficult, so here are some links to things I like:

Who:
Anyone interested in moving their bodies in different ways. I aim to keep most of the movement simple enough for beginner's to be able to pick up, but interesting enough for experienced dancers to challenge their bodies' natural instincts.

DRIVING:
South-west corner of Jane St & Dundas St W.
Dundas is north of Bloor St and just south of St.Clair Ave.
South Kingsway exits just west of Jane St. - head north on Jane to Dundas St, turn left (on Dundas from Jane) and it is the building just after the Library. Parking and main entrance in the back!
TTC:
Any 35 JANE bus from Jane Station (you need a transfer to get on the bus). Get off at Dundas Street and cross the street, heading west towards the library. Gotta Dance is the next building and the main entrance is in the back!
